O.M.F.G... Duuude I spent SO fucking long on this picture it wasn't even funny. Even though I didn't get to get my final final touches done by printing day for Kon I'm still pissed on how long this took this and last week. I recall drawing it in Sat. night last week and coloring from 11-4 in the morning- and that wasnt with most of the highlights.
I totally hated Kenshin's hair and had a hard time starting off. I used references from both the OVA and episode 31 for colors but was confused by the fact that their skin was grey. Lol. But of course, when its all compiled it makes sense and blends in nicely. People better buy stuff and Kon damnit.

As said in my last deviation, an artist whom I truly looked up to just died recently in a car crash. Although she loved TxK I mostly submitted this because the emotion was appropriate. I will truly miss her and she will always be in my memory... In memory of HakuBaikou..
