Overall, pretty much she's the one asking him out on a date. ;D
I find it ironic that Munto is asking about her formality, since that was all he was ordering about within the first OVA. However, with those who identify him without his honorific are those he's close to, such as Rui and Ryueri; I was really upset that the English dub added Lord/King in because it ruined that sense of intimacy towards their relationship.
If you know the various speaking patterns within the Japanese language, you can tell Yumemi talks quite casually towards him most of the time, so it's an identifier that she's out of her comfort zone when being formal; example of when introducing herself with Ryueri, which is why he was nervous about it.
My style is changing again. Idk if I like it. :I
